What can I expect when I book EvientoWinds?

We have woodwind and brass musicians available in different combinations - from single instrumentalists to groups of 4-5 for even bigger. We can advise you on the best option for your venue size and specifics.

How far in advance should I book?
As far in advance as you can to ensure we can meet your needs. We can also consider enquiries with less than 3-6 months notice if the requirements are manageable in terms of the music you want.

What are the different group sizes?
​
Soloist (1 musician)
Small ensemble (2 - 3 musicians)
Medium ensemble (4 - 6 musicians)
Larger ensemble (6 musicians +)
What kind of music can you play?
​
We cover the traditional music for weddings such as 'Mendelssohn - Wedding March', 'Bach - Air on a G String' and also have more contemporary arrangements of popular songs for parties including 'Happy by Pharrell Williams', 'Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen' plus many more. We can provide a full set list on request.

Can I request a specific song?

Yes we can do this for a small additional fee depending on the complexity and length of the work.

What do I need to provide for the musicians?
​
The musicians have their own equipment, i.e instruments and music stands but chairs should be provided for seated bookings and refreshments of water at least.

Can you do outdoor events?
​
Although we can provide musicians for outdoor events we ask that there is shelter or cover in case of rain or strong sunlight which can damage instruments.

Are you able to travel?
​
Yes, we cover all of London, the home counties and are able to travel further within the UK after a price has been negotiated.

How long will the musicians play?​
​
It can be a short amount of time during the ceremony or a longer set for example as the guests mingle between ceremony and wedding breakfast. We can advise on suitable timing for different scenarios.

​What are the forms of payment?
We ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance to be paid a month in advance.
